These pages were developed to celebrate my family and to keep track of them, what they are doing and where they are living, for all my friends and family to peruse.  Unfortunately I have been and I am usually; remiss in keeping these pages up to date.  My bad.  My last update on this page; 2/11/2011



Tim passed away August 14, 1998 of Aids Related Complexes (ARC.)  His page is a memorial tribute and remembrance about and for him. What I have on Tim's page is a chronological mix of pictures from cradle to grave, mixed in with reflections.  I often look at it myself as it is a GREAT reflection of my son.  His Sister still refers to him in her college recruitment job and occasionally we get a "hit" on his page from one of those students.  We still miss him and he is still a positive influence for our family, after ten plus years.

It is September 2010 and your brother Todd is doing fine, your sister Christa still looks to you for guidance and Cindy, I am sure is remembering you also.



As of September 2010, Todd has moved his tree company to a new yard at 661 Kings Row, San Jose off of Gish.  This yard is about four times bigger then the yard in Santa Clara.  More room for equipment, more room for waste storage, more garage space for storage and maintenance, more room for office people.  Now, lets see were this goes.  A big opportunity for Todd, a big risk to grow his company in such a negative economy.   Assuming a $400K debt has got to be stressful.

Jaysen (14 8/2010) took me to the Big 5 for his Birthday present; a 100# boxing bag and a pair of boxing gloves.  Not sure it was good for him or what he needed but Mom said it was what he wanted.

Jessica (22 8/2010) is working for her Dad's Company as part of the office staff. She recently tossed the old Subaru out the second story window after multiple mechanical problems, opting to purchase a brand new 2010 silver Mustang.  She has been grinning like a daughter of Sardonicus, ever since.

Remember their home in Boulder Creek?  This is once again, their permanent home.

Remember Dad's home in San Jose?  Todd recently gifted his father a front yard make over.  A new driveway and sidewalk, ripping out every plant and tree and planting new trees and stuff with a six station automated watering system. Wow! Drop by sometime and see what he did.  You will be amazed.  I know I am.



Christa moved to Hawaii in September 2006.  We were all taking bets on whether it would stick or not.  So far, she seems to be getting more and more dug in and liking it more and more.  She spent a vacation with her dad this past summer of 2008, exploring Alaska and Canada.  Christa is a Huffman through and through and I am very proud of her and the work she is doing; college recruitment for Remington College in Hawaii plus a little side job at a fitness center to keep pace with her Lexus car payments.  Her tentative plans are to relocate back to the mainland in August or September of 2009.

It is now September 2010 and Christa has given notice of moving back to the mainland.  Her job status is up in the air as well as friends she is leaving behind in Hawaii.  



Cindy has excluded me from participating in her family since mid 2005.  Some things change, some things don't.  In the meantime I have removed her page mostly because it is no longer current and it hasn't been for a long time and it doesn't look like it is ever going to be.  I have discovered that you can't force your adult children to like you. Nothing has changed recently except the amount of time that has gone by.  I get reports on my grandchildren from my ex-in laws and the grand kids  seem to be doing fine. Someday, things may be different, at least I hope so.  I do miss that part of my family.
